"A big thank you to Todd Cartmel and his team at the Painter’s Edge! We purchased a second home in Westfield IN. We closed in early June and would not move in for about 8 weeks, going back to our home state in the meantime. Our new Indiana home needed wall repair and paint FOR THE ENTIRE HOME, big job. I called a few painting companies, we met with Todd and he was so knowledgeable and willing to work with our flooring company and our schedule that we hired him! We needed Todd to coordinate with our flooring company and get the job done while we were away. We had a July deadline to be back in our home. First, the home looks brand new and the Todd’s crew were completed with the job before our deadline. We could not be more pleased with the results! Todd has excellent plaster/wall repair team members who fix all of the imperfections, nail holes, nail pops, etc. If you do not do this work first the painting will not look as good when finished. His team are masters at cleaning up the walls (and our home was FULL of nail pops, only 7 years old). Next Todd helped us with the paint color – we were looking to get away from Gray, we went with warm colors – beige and Tennessee Oak floors – Todd took our color ideas, purchased the paint and it is the perfect color for us – it looks fantastic! I would also like to mention trust – we had Todd’s crew coming and going (we were not in Indiana!), working on the home, locking it up each end of day, keeping it clean. You have to trust your painting company to do the right thing and take good care of your property! Todd kept in constant contact with us and coordinated with our flooring company. I want to say the entire job exceeded our expectations. The home looks brand new and we love it. We highly recommend Todd and his team. They truly do what they say they are going to do, they are trustworthy and they are masters at their craft. Todd will be a trusted advisor and vendor to us for a long time in the future!"

"Nate came out right away and gave me a quote for the work. I thought the quote was reasonable. I checked his references and hired him. The garage attic that I wanted insulated was full of stored items so I needed to move a lot of things in order for him to spray the insulation. With the help of my Grandson I got about half of the items moved down to the main floor. Nate had said that he would cover what I couldn't move and would try to minimize the over spray as much as possible but there would be dust and some over spray. Nate showed up as planned and spent about 7-8 hours spraying the underside of the attic roof and sidewalls of the attic. After finishing he cleaned up as best he could and hauled away all the debris. As I said there was a lot of stored items that he had to work around. My only suggestion to anyone is if you want spray foam and you have a lot of items in the area, either remove it all or take the time yourself to cover the items. Nate did a lot of plastic but still some items got over spray and just a lot of dust that had to be cleaned after he finished. So to save yourself a lot of extra work or risking something be damaged make sure everything is covered before he starts. Nate did a good job, did exactly what he said he would do and was very easy to work with. I would recommend him and use him again."

He went in to the attic and checked everything over. When he came out he said that everything still looked good and there was sufficient insulation. I greatly appreciated his honesty and knowledge. "This was the first time Iâ ve hired someone on Angiâ s. Free consultation. The guys were very respectful and friendly. Iâ ve never had anyone take off their shoes when entering my home, so that was refreshing. :) They had to redo an entire wall due to moisture, and as they removed parts of the wall they noticed there was no insulation. They informed me and they went to Home Depot for me so that I didnâ t have to. Upon completion, they offered to paint the wall after tearing it down free of charge. I planned on re-painting the kitchen anyway and it was helpful that they started my project. I have an old home, so they did a good job taking care of it.
