"I looked for years for someone to repair a tile bathroom job that had been poorly done, including regrouting significant areas. Grout Medic did the job and demonstrated complete professionalism all the way. It wasn’t cheap but they delivered. Showed up promptly, did what they were contracted to do (and a little more!), and Jeremy was a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to work with Jeremy in the future."

"Took six weeks to get started because they are so in demand. Once started, they completed the job in excellent professional manner. Each day, they cleaned up the work site. They even came back to work my revision. Very professional team."

"I had such a pleasant experience with Paul Daniels and the crew. They were respectful to my family and my property. My deck was built exactly how I asked and they worked from sun up until it was complete. Tim is very knowledgeable and efficient. He even went out of his way to make sure my plants were safe during the whole process. I will definitely use Daniels and Daniels for my next project?"

"This service was amazing.  The cabinets (1960) look brand new.  The new doors have raised panels, hidden hinges, and look fabulous.  Our neighbors cannot believe how good these cabinets now look.  People are asking for the contact info for Kitchen and Bath Options.  The price beat the other quotes we had.  The process was very neat--cabinets were carefully taped off and did not need to be emptied.  The kitchen was never a mess.  Doug and Dennis created two new drawers and had the tip-downs under the sink panel.  We could not be more pleased.  We highly recommend Doug and Dennis and their work.  They really go the extra mile to be sure everything is the way it should be.  Great people to work with, as are the men they employ.

"Amy, has been cleaning my house for years. Very professional until she was supposed to come clean on May 5, 2020, we always had a great repore and always enjoyed her coming. However, she never called and never showed up. Than on top of it all she blocked me on her Facebook account and on messenger. I called after I got home from having knee surgery on May 5, 2021, to this day she has not returned my call. I would love to have her to continue cleaning my home and to explain why she blocked me and never showed."

Porcelain Refinish Repair questions, answered by experts

Yes, cracked tile does tend to get worse over time. A hairline crack could eventually cause a tile to shatter, especially if you drop something heavy on it or it’s beneath a large appliance like a washing machine. Cracked tile is less durable than tile that hasn't been compromised.

If your cracked tile is in a no-traffic or low-traffic area, a hairline crack or tiny chip may stay put for years without becoming a serious problem.

You may damage the waterproofing sealant if you try to just remove a small number of bathroom tiles for a repair job. However, if you’re removing all the tiles on the walls or floor, you can redo the waterproofing when installing new tile. To minimize risk of water damage for replacing just a small amount of tiles, you’ll need to apply sealant and reapply it every six months to two years.

Yes, through restoration and sometimes upgrades for style continuity.

You want the bonding process to get started but not finish before wiping away newly applied grout. That process takes about 15 to 30 minutes. Use a wet cloth or sponge to remove the grout, but keep in mind that it will continue to dry and cure. Drying and curing times vary by the type of grout, so read through the instructions to know when it’s safe to walk on or use the room in which you tiled.

Once cracks appear, it is hard to stop tiles from cracking more. If the cause of the problem is improper subflooring, underlying concrete, improper tile joint sizes, mold growth, or structural issues, the only way to stop floor tiles from cracking is to redo the entire floor, fixing the underlying issues first. If cracks occur after impact damage, hiring a professional tile contractor to replace the cracked tiles, fix loose floor tiles, and restore the grout around them can prevent further damage. It is also important to keep your tile and grout clean and maintained to prolong its life.
