I reached out to Simple Cleaning for a move out cleaning of my home, I was not very much of a tidy person so I knew they had alot of work to do, Amy and Jesse arrived in scheduled time and worked for 4.5 hours till job was done, they did a fabulous job and very satisfied!

I was wanting a one time cleaning to thoroughly clean my home, this company, came out did an excellent job. I was very satisfied and decided to do monthly cleanings with them, this is their 5th month and I am beyond satisfied they are very detailed cleaners and highly recommend.

The woman did a fantastic job. Cleaned beyond description. I tried numerous times to contact these people even left a call back message with no response. This is a poor way to treat a customer. I'll find a different company

The crew of 3 got right to work after a short tour of my house and explanation of what I wanted done. They were efficient, quiet, and thorough. A few very minor points - the person who took the call from me said 9:00, the crew arrived after 9:30 stating that they leave at 9:00, arriving between 9 and 10. I did not ask the fee for a regular cleaning so have no comparison, fee seemed a little high but I am not sure of the going rate so it might be totally in line with others.

The company was recommended by Angie's List and when we called to schedule an appointment, they explained in great detail what they do for a deep cleaning. We wanted a deep cleaning to prepare the condo to sell. We scheduled a deep cleaning for Aug. 20th and received a basic cleaning that took a total of five (5) hours. One (1) unprofessional worker showed up late and worked for four (4) hours before another worker showed up to help finish the job. My wife and I sat in the garage while they were there. My wife and I walked through the house with them twice and show each of them items they didn't clean. After the second walk through we dismissed them. We paid cash and were told the office would email a receipt, which we never received. When I called the office to check on my receipt and talk to the owner, they hung up me. My wife and I recleaned the house so we could list it with a realtor. After talking to the owner Amy Misic on Saturday she told us we would receive a $150.00 refund via mail. On Sept. 2nd I received a email stating she would follow-up with her accountant. Since then, I have called and left several voice messages and emailed Ms. Misic several times with no response. We have not received the refund and Ms. Misic refuses to return my emails or calls.

The name says it all with this company, contacted company to schedule a move out cleaning, a nice women taken the call and gave me a run down to be done. On cleaning date two women came they were polite and on time, they were in our home for four hours and did not stop they kept working hard till completion and our home had a lot of dust from a remodel, they put a lot of effort in our home and went above and beyond the list described!

I hired this company to clean the home of an elderly relative who is recovering in the hospital from an injury. They did a great job!
