"We had a great experience with this concrete company! They did an excellent job pouring our driveway. The crew was professional, on time, and worked very efficiently. They paid attention to detail and made sure everything was done correctly from start to finish. The driveway looks amazing, smooth, and well-finished. They also cleaned up the area after the job was completed, which we really appreciated. I highly recommend them to anyone needing concrete work. Thank you for a job well done!"

"We recently had our driveway culvert replaced by Keller Group, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the initial communication to the completion of the project, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The crew arrived on time, worked diligently, and demonstrated exceptional attention to detail throughout the installation. They took the time to ensure the job was done correctly, maintained a clean work site, and treated our property with respect. The finished culvert not only functions perfectly but also looks great and has significantly improved the appearance and drainage of our driveway. What stood out most was Keller Group's commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. It's refreshing to work with a company that takes such pride in their work and follows through on their promises. We highly recommend Keller Group to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and high-quality excavation or culvert installation services."

"I've read reviews from other people, and it's interesting how people can have different experiences. I had a 26X65 concrete slab put in, and culvert put in along with some grading done. Kevin came when he said he would and did what he said he would do. I guess my experience overall was one that hit a lot of different angles. The work done was great, but there were some misunderstandings that was of no fault of Kevin's, but I made them his. One of which was no fault of mine, either, but the company led me down the wrong path painting the picture that what Kevin was supposed to do didn't. As I was out of town, I called him up and voiced my displeasure. He responded very professionally and explained the situation to make me understand that he did do what was asked of him. A couple other times, a text went awry and something else that I have since forgotten. But each time he handled himself professionally and had no attitude despite being falsely accused. I'm sorry to hear of other people's situation, but I can only speak for myself and what I experienced. The other thing that impressed me was Kevin was willing to haul his equipment, and did, from a few hours away to regrade an area that this company said they couldn't get across, which was the companies miscommunication. The other thing is response time. There was one time it took a while for him to respond, but living in a rural area, and given that if you're in the middle of a job, I can't expect someone to always be available. One time we even lost connection due to how things are. Just something to keep in mind if you live in an area with ONE bar : /"

Concrete Driveways questions, answered by experts

Yes, a pressure washer uses less water than a garden hose. There are many ways to use a pressure washer, and it can be an eco-friendly hose substitute. While a pressure washer expels water with greater force, it uses 50% to 70% less water than a garden hose. Specifically, hoses put out six to 10 gallons per minute (GPM), while pressure washers only use two to five GPM.

Yes, it is advisable to prime a driveway before painting. Primer serves as a preparatory step, promoting better paint adhesion to the surface, enhancing durability, and ensuring a smoother, more even finish. Priming is essential for concrete driveways as they are porous and absorb paint unevenly without proper priming. Skipping this step may result in a less durable and less aesthetically pleasing paint job, requiring more frequent repainting.

Overall, a paver driveway is considered the easiest to maintain because homeowners are able to do driveway repair one piece at a time without impacting the rest of the driveway. Unlike paved options, paver driveways contain individual stones that aren't physically connected. By comparison, you may need to reseal or redo a full asphalt driveway if just one portion sustains a significant crack.

The average cost to pressure wash a house is around $310, with typical prices ranging from $200 to $420. However, the total cost can vary widely, from $200 to $750. Power washing, which uses heated water, may cost between $250 and $400 per project, with an average of $200 to $300 for a 2,000-square-foot home.

Key factors that influence the final price include:

  • The size and height of the house (a multi-level home costs more than a single-story one).

  • The complexity of the job and accessibility of certain areas.

  • Geographic location.

  • Equipment and hourly labor costs.

Hiring a professional is often recommended as they bring their own equipment and cleaning solutions. Experienced professionals know how to complete the job effectively without causing damage to your siding, gutters, or landscaping, which can be a risk with high-powered water jets.

Combined with a cleaning agent, pressure washers and power washers are highly effective at removing driveway stains. However, these machines are not gentle, putting your driveway at risk of damage. Instead of renting a power washer yourself, ask a professional pressure washer for a consultation.
