"There was a bit of confusion regarding the price for the service. What I thought we had agreed to was different than what she stated was the cost following the service. Following a conversation, we did settle on what the figure I had assumed so her cost structure was a bit fuzzy - at least to me. The quality of the work was OK but not outstanding. That said, we have a big house and had not used a cleaning service before so perhaps my expectations exceeded reality."

"Very dependable, on time and price was very reasonable! Would recommend Mark to anyone. He was able to get stains out of things that I didn't think would come out and on top of that the clean smell after he was done and drying time for the work he did was alot shorter than I expected it to be!
