"Went extremely well. 2 couches were moved by contractor as I requested. Some contractors will not do this. Carpeting looks & smells REALLY clean, even days later. Well worth the price which was either comparable to other estimates or much lower. I have found that the smaller contractors do a much better job because they need your return business and word-of-mouth referrals. I felt completely comfortable with this contractor in my home while I was alone that day. Very professional, polite, and licensed, bonded, and insured."

Customers say: Quick response

"Although they had to reschedule our vent cleaning 2 times due to winter weather, they completed the job on the third appointment. Communication was professional. The technicians were on time, friendly and efficient. And after the job was completed, the charge was lower than the original estimate! Would highly recommend."

"Chris was on-time and was upfront about the cost and any additional recommendations on the cleaning service. I added the pet treatment since the couch and armchair are where our dogs often sit. Both the couch and armchair are clean and do not smell like dogs have been sitting on them."

Couch Cleaning Services FAQs, answered by experts

Most services take 2-5 hours, though full unit replacements or extensive repairs may take longer.

If you do not regularly change your HVAC filter, it will become clogged with dust, dirt, and other contaminants. This blockage forces the system to work harder to circulate air, leading to higher energy bills, poor temperature regulation, and increased wear on parts, which can cause more frequent breakdowns and shorten the system's overall lifespan. Additionally, a dirty filter that no longer traps contaminants can lead to poor indoor air quality, potential health problems, and even complete system failure.

You can use a pressure washer to clean the outdoor condenser coils if the dirt buildup is too heavy for a garden hose and sprayer. Use a gentle setting on your pressure washer to avoid damage to the coils and fins. Do not use a pressure washer on indoor evaporator coils.

NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certification is not legally required for HVAC technicians in most areas, but hiring a professional with this certification is highly recommended. NATE-certified technicians demonstrated their expertise and proficiency in different types of HVAC systems, offering assurance of quality service. It's a voluntary certification, yet it indicates a commitment to professionalism and ongoing training. Choosing a NATE-certified technician often means you're working with someone who is up-to-date on industry standards and best practices, which can lead to better service, energy efficiency, and long-term cost savings.

While an air conditioner can temporarily run with a dirty filter, it is not recommended as it will not work efficiently. A dirty filter forces the system to work harder to circulate cool air, leading to reduced airflow, increased wear and tear, and higher energy bills. This added strain can cause the air conditioner to overheat or fail prematurely. Furthermore, a clogged filter may allow dust and dirt to accumulate in your ductwork, negatively impacting air quality. It is more cost-effective to clean or replace filters regularly than to pay higher utility bills and risk needing to replace the entire AC unit.
