"They did a great job on steam cleaning my couches and chairs. Spent quite abut of time on them. Had them clean a couple of rugs while they were here. Very reasonable and super nice guys!"

"Service was prompt and clean. Carpets look great.."

"First time ever having ducts cleaned. Was a little skeptical about the process. Well Brandon not only explained all before hand but kept me updated. He is an asset to the organization, Mica his associate was also thorough and polite. The experience met and exceeded my expectations. I will use them and also be sure and recommend them to my small area of friends."

"within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"There was a bit of confusion regarding the price for the service. What I thought we had agreed to was different than what she stated was the cost following the service. Following a conversation, we did settle on what the figure I had assumed so her cost structure was a bit fuzzy - at least to me. The quality of the work was OK but not outstanding. That said, we have a big house and had not used a cleaning service before so perhaps my expectations exceeded reality."

"Chuck was very professional, respectful and informative of the cleaning process. He did an excellent job and I will definitely use them again. My carpet is 20 years old with high traffic areas that needed much attention! I couldnâ t be happier with the results! ZeroRez gave my old carpet some new life and made it look amazing! Thank you!"

"Chris, showed up exactly as scheduled, and as we went over the areas of the house that were cleaned he recommended what it would take to clean and restore the areas to like new as possible and what the fees would be. I can't tell you how happy I was with the results as he took a 10 year old carpet with multiple areas of carpet soiling and returned it to almost new condition. Some of the advanced cleaning materials he used to complete the job were things I didn't even know were used to treat carpets. I highly recommend Advanced Carpet Cleaning for your next cleaning and will be using them from here on out."

"This is someone who actually knows how to clean! She pleased my Mother and she’s a “white glove” tester!"
