This is a GREAT company if you want a quality job, fair and honest pricing. They do excellent work and have always been reasonable in explaining costs and needs related to repair job. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help.

This company is nonprofessional. There appear to be no good work ethics. Very little knowledge of the plumbing industry. very high priced for the project. I personally will not use this contractor again. The first project was performed was very poorly installed and required a second call back to improve the installation. The second repair was still not performed in a professional manner, however was an improvement over the initial repair. Requested a quote on a second project with the repairman from his office while on the scene to eliminate an other service call and received the quote of $ 189.00 for 15 minutes of work. I refer to this as price gouging. The company stated that part of cost was to cover a $ 47.00 fee charged by just to make a phone call to the customer whether he was awarded the job or not. Regards.

They responded immediately to my emergency, arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. They were professional, courteous and reasonably priced. They will become my plumber of choice.

Pinocchio was fantastic. Replaced a broken drain pipe, replaced a lift pump in the basement, and installed a whole house water shutoff valve. Super fast, quick response. Great advice on what needed replacement and improvement.

Also had them do a hose bib and access panel. Excellent service, communication and quality of work. I highly recommend them and will certainly use them again when I need work done.

Pinocchio did a phenomenal job installing the two toilets... a nice and very professional young man...me being a retired maintenance man and never having installed a toilet I of course had questions which he answered in a very professional way...Robert

Floyd and Raenell were very professional and courteous. I was impressed with the time that it took Floyd to figure out my issue and fix it. Reasonable Plumbing/Solomon were recommended to me by two separate contractors with 70 yrs combined experience. I've been in real estate for 28 yrs, I only wish I found Reasonable Plumbing sooner. Wanted to get our gas line ran quickly to the fireplace. They ran into issues with our crawl space and knocked it out of the park anyways with how quickly they finished the project. Less than a day here, scheduled within the week, and explained how it worked/showed me details about how to use the gas key and turn it off and on if necessary. Prompt and worked me in even though they were busy. Great communication and I think that was what made everything else great.

I would highly recommend this company. I contacted Reasonable Plumbing for an estimate for a new gas water heater and shut off valve. I spoke with Solomon. He gave me an estimate by phone that was very reasonable and came out the next day and did the installation. He was very professional, personable and very knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and why. He answered all my questions without hestitation. He did an excellent job. This is a company I will most definitely use in the future.

Our church was in need of some emergency plumbing and thanks to Reasonable Plumbing, who was in town and fixed the problem. We are a small congregation so being reasonable is what we needed.

Solomon came out to our house on Memorial Day no charge inspected all of our visible Plumbing. He answered all of our questions, he is extremely knowledgeable polite and very welcoming! When completed with my repair, he noticed that I have another issue that he explained fully. Gave me quotes for different ways to complete and to save me money but gave me options. Solomon was amazing, super responsive, super helpful. VERY patient. He tried everything in his power to minimize my costs and was very patient with me when I Requested him to try to fix the old faucet (despite him recommending we need a new one). I finally listened and he was so honest with his pricing and worked long and hard to get Roman tub faucet working! He was so flexible to make sure our schedules were a priority, Such a professional. We will absolutely hire him again for any plumbing needs and have highly recommended him to our realtor so that he can help spread the word for Reasonable Plumbing!

This was a gas issue and the gas had been shut off. Sullivan was prompt , courteous and professional. He didn't stop by doing the work prompt and correct. He cleaned up everything and GET THIS....he called the next day after the work was done to insure we were able to get the gas turned back on.

Hired Reasonable Plumbing to fix my heavily leaking sump drain connection to sewer on 6- May. Their quote was the lowest of other 5 I received for this job. Solomon did a great job digging the 80 long trench. He has to pierce a 6 thick concrete sewer wall to pass the sump drain pipe thru. He did it very cleanly. The ground was level correctly after the job was done, seeded and covered with hay. Run the sump several times to ensure no leakages. Top quality workmanship. I will definitely reach out to Reasonable Plumbing for any future indoor outdoor plumbing work.
