Hired Josh to fix sewer backing up into shower. He diagnosed the problem using camera, explained everything to us. He then did research & discovered utility company bored through our sewer line when installing a transformer. They came & fixed it same day for free. Josh spent a ton of time on this because he's a good, honest guy who thinks that's how plumbing should work. We couldn't agree more.
