"The job was clean, timely, and efficient.  I was glad to find a local small business to send the work to.  I would recommend them again for sure.  My only regret is that we waited 5 years to call them!  I can't believe how much difference having a water softner makes!  
I also have to say that I had had several estimates done the year before and their cost was right in the middle or on less expensive end of all the estimates - not so cheap that you wondered about the quality of the work that would be done or the quality of the softner that would be installed, but not so expensive that you thought you were getting taken advantage of.  The price was exactly right where I was hoping it would be.

"The installation went well,but afterwards I not getting any water pressure. I was calling the back out complaining, because I thought it was the water heater. The owner Chris came out and was relentless on finding the problem, which was not the water heater,but the water softener. I was not fair in the beginning , giving this company full consideration because,they were a referral and I had not heard of them, but I will not hesitate to use them again for plumbing need. She also setup a plumber to connect up the plumbing to our new sink and disposal. Pete the owner was also great to work with. He did the final measurements and helped us layout our counters on the slabs. The installation crew; Wes, Nolan & Ali were also great. They were very friendly and professional. They explained everything to make sure they were doing what we wanted. They covered the floors, were careful to ensure they didn't damage anything, and really cleaned up after they finished."

"I arranged for the heater to be checked on Wednesday the 4th.  Before the service call Andrew called and was able to save to time and effort from looking at cell phone photos of the problem.   The plumber who perfromed the installation arrived on schedule with the new water heater.  Installation was quick and the job was completed in about 2 hours time.  Hot water was restored and my wife was very happy.   Service was very quick and the price was quite reasonable.   I was very happy that the job could be done well and at such a good price.

Everything went great.  He showed up on time and was very professional.  We provided the hardware and he did the rest.  He removed and disposed off the old sink and faucet, installed a drop in sink, replaced the hardware and even put in new flexible tubing.
