"Brian came out same day to take a look at my house and provide an estimate. I had a bat roosting between the freeze board and siding. "We purchased this house in the fall of 2014. The house was not cared for... by the previous owners and we bought it knowing it needed a lot of work. Since we have known Brian, we have hired him and his company to provide us with pest control services as well as a termite treatment. As we have lived here, we had Brian do a whole house inspection for us. Since we already owned the house... it was for our own benefit. Brian literally crawled into every space in this home... and spent literally hours inspecting everything. He spent a lot of time in our crawl spaces. He pointed out all the potential problem areas and verified some areas of concern. He also spent considerable time on the roof with me looking at possible trouble spots and recommended a few fixes to things that have never been noticed by anyone else. He was MUCH more thorough than the original pre-buy home inspector we had hired just a year before when we purchased this home. Brian's report has helped us with prioritizing home repairs and with planning. I would definitely recommend Brian and Allman Home Inspections for any house inspection.

"Terminix was quick to respond and to get out here for a termite inspection, which is what we needed. However, they signed us up for pest control and said their agent would be out to care for us right away. So far haven’t seen him yet. Will give 5 stars if that turns out well."
