"Very professional people working for this business... from the salesperson who came to explain the whole process to the installer. The installer was extremely neat and arrived on time which I appreciated. I hate when workers arrive late to the job and you're stuck waiting. He did an awesome job, too! No mess to clean up after him, either, which was nice. Very happy with the product, so far. The only reason I'm giving it a slightly lower mark for the value is because it is a bit costly. However, since the bathtub to shower conversion is for an older relative, it's worth the money, Very glad I hired BathPlanet."

I felt like they could narrow it down better, however, they ended up calling me at almost 4 in the afternoon and rescheduled because their plumbers weren't getting done with their jobs for the day in time to make it to my appointment. I had them come out the next morning and the quote they gave me was $200 more than my previous plumber but I had already taken off work to be available for the previous day and would have lost more than the $200.00 to take off again for another appointment. So I had them go ahead and do the work. They did a nice job, but it wasn't any better than my previous plumber. Not worth the time or money"

"My well pump went out Monday evening, around 6:00 p.m. Hoosier Drain Guys were out of Losantville, relatively close to me in Middletown, and that's who I went with. Got a response within 20 minutes of posting my problem. A technician was scheduled to be here by 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, was here approx. 8:20 a.m., assesed the problem, gave me the breakdown (best case/worse case scenerio, which is how I like to approach things). Work began on schedule; had a few "bumps in the road" - but the problem was taken care of. I can't say enough good things about the customer service, expertise, and the peace of mind to know a bad situation was going to be addressed and solved. Fantastic company to work with; I highly recommend!"
