"My family experienced water and wind damage earlier this year. We had to be placed in a hotel. After reaching out to numerous companies, we chose Maynor construction. I am glad we did!! If it wasnâ t for Maynor and his staff, I wouldnâ t have made it. The process was long and depressing because of being away from home. However Maynor and his staff reassured me. They showed patience with me and worked hand and hand with my insurance company with getting my home repaired in a timely manner. Thank you Maynor! I truly feel like we are family!"

With a dual background in architectural drafting and hands-on construction, I bridge the gap between a vision and a buildable reality. I specialize in residential new construction and remodels, providing permit-ready plans that prioritize both beautiful design and structural integrity. \n\nWhether you are starting a custom home or expanding your current one, I ensure your drawings are accurate, code-compliant, and ready for the job site.

"I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal for $99.00 which was for only the walls of the room.  I decided to have the all of the other areas i.e. trim, doors, ceiling painted also and purchased the additional service from Protect and Preserve to be performed when the walls were painted.
Mr. Sperback and his team arrived at 8:00 am just as he said they would do.  He and his team were very courteous and professional.  Mr. Sperback confirmed the work that would be performed prior to beginning the job.
I am very happy with the result.  He and his team are very detail oriented.  Rather than taping around the door knob, they removed and reinstalled it after the door was painted.  The room was completely finished within about 4 hours.  They cleaned up everything prior to leaving so one would ever know anyone had been here to paint that day unless aware that I had it done then.
I am very pleased with the work Mr. Sperback and his team performed and am working with him to have other painting performed this summer.
I'd like to add that I had to reschedule the painting a couple of times.  Mr. Sperback was always understanding and willing to reschedule to another time.  I would highly recommend Paint and Preserve Painting to any one thinking of having any painting performed.

"The design was totally useless to me. I was extremely disappointed.

"I got a deal from Berger about their table pad and just in time for my new dining room set. I didn't have time to set the template due to a new baby in the house. A few months later, they still honored my deal! WOW! I sent it in and they made the pad pretty quick. Shipping was fine and the fit was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone! Truly a good company to work with. A++"

"It went well. After viewing both properties content, i was sent a couple of room plans.

"Top Leader created a great concept design for not just the pool but the entire backyard. This separated them from the other three quotes we received. Pricing was competitive and the 3D CAD drawings helped bring the vision to life. Tying the design to capture our big canyon views was critical and our high expectations were exceeded. Big thank you to Ron and his team. This is my fourth pool and by far the best experience and pool/kitchen I have built. Quality products, design and top of the line equipment set this pool apart. Ron was great to work with and every contractor were polite and professional. We changed some things on the fly and every change was handled seamlessly. I recommend giving Top Leader Construction an opportunity to earn your business and see how the design phase gets your backyard dream started."

"I was on a budget.  The final bill was a little more than I had anticipated.  The draperies and the designer curtain rods are very nice.  I am very pleased with the results.  Next time I will make sure what my total bill will be."

"Rachel was very responsive and provided many ideas for furniture. She and Ally were very helpful in terms of furniture placement and wall color."
