"We had previously used this company to replace our front door, so I called them again when the side door to our garage needed replacing. They returned my call promptly, came out within a couple of days to give me an estimate. which I received by e-mail. When I accepted it, they scheduled the work for a few days later but ultimately had to reschedule from Friday afternoon to Monday morning because rain prevented them from finishing up a previous job. No big deal. Actually they did the job much sooner than I expected when I called them. They purchased a 30-inch door similar to the one that needed replacing, installed it and hauled away the trash.
