Ken was professional and responsive during the quoting process, but that quickly changed. Our opinion is he oversold and underdelivered. One being his emphasis on communication, however, his subs/employees would arrive and ask me what they needed to do. There were non-stop errors, low quality work, and avoidable damage created in other areas of our home. Many (not all) of his subs/employees were careless and not experienced enough to be called professional home remodelers. Ken told me he knew his crew and worked with them for many years, yet, a newer team member of his initiated a highly aggressive fight in my home with another employee, where expletives were being shouted between them and in front of me and my small child. They were later captured on my Ring camera laughing about us being scared. Ken did not care when we called to discuss it. Most unprofessional and disappointing contractor we have ever used in 10 years of being homeowners.

Everything went great. I am very pleased. I have used this company for several years.

I highly recommend Home Experts. The entire process was top notch. Everyone was punctual, professional, and accommodating to my request. They cleaned up at the end of day on my three-day project. I could not be happier with Ken and crew. You get truly get what you pay for. Home Experts pricing is very competitive with other companies, but Ken was the only company that arrived on time to our initial appointment and provided a prompt line-item breakdown for my project. Amazing job. Super friendly and nice

The Home Experts team is outstanding. We had them do some exterior work on our home and they did such a good job. I wanted to replace my outdoor spigots with some new frost free ones and gave Ken a call. He had one of his employees out the next day and they replaced both spigots in no time. I really can't recommend this company highly enough. A+

Everyone on their staff, including Christie and Ken we're so very easy to work with and very accommodating as I had some unexpected personal issues to deal with. This is the second time we have used Ken and his collection of professionals. Once again, the work was timely and affordable. Work was completed in one day, being scheduled only 2 days after the estimate was received. Final bill was same as estimate. Work done was for kitchen and bathroom drains, and replacing the dryer venting system from the utility room wall to the outside, including covers. Workers were courteous and efficient. Left us with confidence that these issues were completed and with complete confidence that they were resolved.

They worked hard to get permits approved and once approved. Once the construction started there was a flurry of activity and everthing done quickly. I was pleasantly surprised how well it turned out. Ken took what I said i needed and came up with a plan that turned out well above what i expected. If i have any other projects they are my first call.

We had new doors for our shed. Had concrete poured in the front of house for my daughters wheelchair and in the back off the deck for the same. Had patio sliding door fixed due to it was hard to open and fixed bedroom light switch. Everything was done wonderfully.

Getting estimate was easy. Communication through email was wonderful. They were always on time. Took a little less than 2 1/2 hours and they did a great job installing a new window in the attic. Thanks!

I had them give me estimates for several projects. Over $6,000. Sent Ken a message and never heard from him. I hope he is ok. He’s done several projects for me. Don’t know what happened. Projects needed attention because of HOA so I had to use someone else would have preferred Ken

We have nothing but praise for Home Experts. They arrived promptly, when they said that they would, the guys who came were very knowledgeable, the guys were very personable, and the guys answered all questions welcomely and thoroughly. Excellent work!

Ken Bennett's team did a wonderful job for a reasonable price. We had a lot of trouble replacing an oven in an odd space. Home experts team were the only team that offered to do the work for us and did it well. Other contractors suggested major remodel work for what we needed. Ken got the job done without having to do any major remodeling.

Great, I have no hesitations to call Ken anytime I need work done. His workers are prompt and hard working.

Perfect from start to finish. Quality of work was excellent. Customer service and responsiveness was impeccable. Work was on schedule and all deadlines were met.

Not very well. Work that was to take 4 days stretched over 4 weeks. They never worked on consecutive days-it was a day here, a few hours there. Getting them to come to do the work was very difficult. Clean up was poor. Had to nag them to do proper clean-up. The quality of work was mediocre. They never did the little things necessary to do truly good work. It seemed clear that they had more work than they could handle

The first problem was scheduling. The admin rescheduled me over 13 times, some on the morning of. Some of these reschedules were due to weather, but some had no reason at all, and it seemed to me that my job was not a priority. After the last reschedule, I requested a discount on the service. I wish I had just gotten my money back and been rid of this company. Finally, after several months of rescheduling nonsense, the owner Ken sent a team of 2 guys to fix my roof and leaky chimney. He stopped by briefly, but then left. The 2-man team removed some very large stones from my chimney as a part of the repair and just tossed them in my yard, leaving them for me to clean up. They also left other construction materials, like 2x4's, shingles, and plywood behind for me to clean up, as well as trash like soda bottles! It was so disrespectful. When they made all the repairs and left that day, I was grateful the work was finally done and I could get on with my life. Only I couldn't, because the next rain showed that the roof still leaked!! I contacted Ken and he arranged for someone else to make more repairs. I also requested he pick up all the trash left in my yard. A new contractor came and did more repairs. Another rain showed it still leaked! I called Ken again and he sent someone out a third time. After the third "repair", Ken sent me a text stating that the soffit needs to be replaced and that's where the leak was stemming from. He implied that he wouldn't do any further repairs. In my mind, I hired him to repair the leak. I relied on him to be the expert and determine where it was coming from and advise me on what needed to be fixed. If it didn't fit in the scope of work we originally agreed on, we could have gone back to the contract to fix it and renegotiate. But Ken's "solution" was to brush it off as something that wasn't his problem. I've since hired a new contractor to repair my roof and attached a photo of what I found after 3 "repairs" from Home Experts. I circled where you can see actual daylight coming through!
