We had a great experience getting our roof replaced through Rees Restoration. Cody worked with us from beginning to end dealing with insurance and making sure everything was checked (we had multiple buildings), and that we were kept informed. The crew worked hard and we now have a beautiful roof. We will definitely recommend them. Thanks again Cody!

I really can't suggest this company to anyone. The job was done through an insurance claim, and even though Rees Restoration's bid was 2-3k higher than multiple other contractors I had to go with them because they already had a contract lined up with the insurance company. The roofing crew did a good job and the laborers were great. I can't say the same for the crew who did the gutters. They didn't clean up their mess and left multiple nails and other material waste. I requested that they come back and cleanup their mess but they never did. What a surprise that in less than a week my car has a punctured tire from a nail. One of the laborers on the gutter crew also was catcalling my fiance while she went outside to inspect their work. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

The project went fairly well once commenced. The project looks great. Removing existing siding was more violent than expected, likely would have been from any contractor, and a heads up would have been nice to prepare the interior walls and remove the pictures and such. I was much more impressed with the paint crew than the siding crew insofar as being kept apprised of progress. I have recommended Rees as I think they are a quality company.

Rees worked with my insurance adjuster for this roofing/gutter replacement due to storm damage. The project went well with no surprises. I have recommended them to friends and family for this type project(s).

They were on sight in just a few days beginning at 7am and leaving the property at 2pm after roof job completion. They were very professional, considerate, and meticulous in there time spent here. The sub contractor < E&R General Services LLC >came the first of the following week to finish the gutter work complementing there company with the same expertise and expectations.

Completed in one day. Cleaned up our yard efficiently and protected our landscaping well. Performed as promised.

Rees Restoration was a very professional company that worked quickly to help repair my roof. All of my questions were promptly answered throughout the process, and I felt at ease throughout the whole experience. When I contacted the company about needing an estimate and told them about prior negative experiences, they were quick to come out and take a look at the damage. They gave me their honest, professional opinion and helped me start the process of making a claim. The insurance side of approving a new roof is always stressful, but Rees Restoration handled that for me! I felt that they truly cared about doing a good job and making sure it was quality work. Honestly, I have never worked with a better restoration company. My roof and gutters look great! I would recommend them to anyone!

The work was done quickly and they worked around my schedule. They were helpful in deciding which shingles and gutters to use and responded promptly to all of my inquiries. I could not have been happier with the results.

What a great company to work with on this project. Jim spent literally hours with me and trying to work with my resistant insurance company. His men arrived early on the scheduled day and were at work immediately. They were efficient and cleaned up and left no mess or debris. The roof looked great and I highly recommend this company.

Very well, Dustin Rees was my contact he was very professional. He went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. This was a claim filed with my insurance for hail damage and the first claim was denied. Dustin helped me through the process of getting a second opinion and we were able to schedule the second inspection which was good because the second adjuster saw the damage.

The roof was done fairly quickly but then things slowed down. Gutters were not done until 3 months after roof. Two leaks happened with the new roof which caused me to inspect the roof that was done by their 'A' team. I saw shingles that were cut and ripped on the roof. Other shingles that were more than likely out of package with top coating missing down to the fibers were put on as a brand new roof. I found nails unsealed and flashing uncovered. I had to have them out twice to fix the issues I found. They were willing to come out and fix everything but my concern is that I had to point it out to them and stay on them to fix it. I could not trust them to find the issues. They still needed to do painting by late fall. I sent the colors to them to get the paint they needed. Painters showed up asking where the paint was. I ended up doing the touch up painting myself with my own paint. Gutters were hung incorrectly which I pointed out. They had to be redone. Gutter guards to be installed were not the same quality as I had (which wasn't much to begin with) so I turned them down. Wood trim that was warped was put back on the house and I was never told about it. It started to damage the shingles in a few months. After the roof and gutters I let them go. They did extend the roof warranty due to my concerns so they worked with me on that part.

Crew showed up at 6:30 in the morning and finished 7:30 pm. They cleaned up after the tear off before installing the new roof. That kept the job site from looking so bad during installation. Very impressed with the cleanup and job overall. Roofing was about 65 bundles and I only saw 1 break and that was for lunch. The gutters were done a couple day later and took about 5 hours. Again, I was impressed with the installation and cleanup.
