"Joe assessed the state of my bathroom floor revealing two layers of adhesive tiles over one layer of original cracked tile.  He proposed solutions and allowed me to select a solution in the confines of  my budget and needs.  He retiled the floor, installed a new toilet, installed a new vanity, and helped out with other plumbing related issues while on site.  I thought the quality of Joe's work was second to none and he was extremely knowledgable about home maintenance.
