"We are beyond pleased with how our privacy fence turned out! Jason and his crew paid great attention to detail and we appreciated their care of our yard. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any fence or deck work. They care about the finished product and it shows!"

"I had tried to contact several tree/landscaping professionals because we had a very tall tree fall in our back yard. Thankfully, that one caused no damage, but I had concerns that others were diseased and vulnerable as well. I had a horrible time just having someone call me back. I was able to have two people actually honor a commitment and come to the house to survey the situation. They told me that it would take them several weeks before they could get to it. I found Anthony's name and company through Home Advisor and called him. He had had a cancellation, so he came to my house in about 30 minutes. He surveyed the situation and concurred with the advice of the others, by and large: in addition to the three that had already fallen, three others were dangerous and should be removed. He wrote an estimate right there on the spot. The others told me they would email me one, but never did, even after I called to remind them. His estimate was about what others had verbally told me, but he texted the next day to offer me a discount and told me that he would have it done within a week. I agreed to go with him and am so grateful. He charged less than anyone else, he removed the trees safely without damaging anything else, including our fence, he ground the stumps, had everything removed, and even trimmed some other trees away from the house (an added, last minute request) at no charge. When it was all done, he told me that he would come this fall to plant some seed and tend to some grass that had been killed by the equipment and dead trees as they were removed. Again, at no charge. This guy reminds me of small businessmen from my youth - hardworking, independent, and mostly, honest. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat."

New homeowners in Columbus should start by confirming property boundaries to avoid disputes. Installing privacy fencing in the backyard is common for added seclusion, while decorative front yard fencing can enhance curb appeal. Pet containment fences are essential for animal safety, and if you have a pool, safety fencing is required by local regulations. Prioritizing these projects helps secure your property and meet community standards.

Columbus offers several contractor options for fencing projects. You’ll find dedicated fencing companies focusing on residential and commercial fence installation, general contractors who include fencing in larger remodels, and landscape firms that integrate fencing with outdoor design. Specialty contractors are also available for agricultural or security fencing. Always verify local experience, insurance, and familiarity with Columbus permit requirements before hiring.

Helpful?

Consider scheduling fence repair or installation in Columbus if you notice leaning posts, sagging sections, or wood rot—common issues due to local humidity and storms. Spring through early fall is ideal, as the ground is workable. If you’re experiencing new privacy needs, property line concerns, or preparing your home for sale, it’s a smart time to contact Columbus fencing contractors for an assessment.

Helpful?

In Columbus, homeowners are embracing modern fence installation trends like horizontal slat fencing and mixed materials, such as combining stone columns with wood or vinyl panels. Privacy fencing remains a top choice, especially with decorative post caps and custom gates. Smart gate technology and aluminum ornamental fencing are increasingly popular for both curb appeal and added security, reflecting the latest preferences among Columbus fencing contractors.

Helpful?

Completing fencing projects in Columbus offers immediate benefits like increased privacy, security, and clear property boundaries. Fencing creates safer outdoor spaces for children and pets and can reduce wind or wildlife intrusion. Over time, quality fences boost property value, minimize landscaping maintenance, and withstand Indiana’s variable weather. Well-maintained fencing also enhances neighborhood appeal and may contribute to lower insurance premiums.
