She cleaned it, replaced the broken parts, replaced out of code parts and disinfected the vent. She was very kind and quick. "On 2/16 Steam Master came out to clean our carpets and they refused to clean them. B&C Carpet Care was recommended by our banker. Bob came out and worked 4 hours and did an amazing job. Some of the stains from dog urine did not come out, which was expected. House smells great and floors are amazingly clean.
