He was quickly able to ID the problem and give us a range of options to fix it - even when one was to let us try to fix it ourselves. I'm so glad we didn't go with that option because he was able to get us water back. He also identified that our water softener was damaged and saved us potentially thousands of dollars of damage. They were able to get me in first thing the next morning- which was very good considering we have 4 kids and had been without water for going on 6 days.
