They were able to get me in first thing the next morning- which was very good considering we have 4 kids and had been without water for going on 6 days. A plumber we hired to fix a leak in our main line ended up making it worse and the whole main line busted open.  Gary from C&J was able to locate the problem and had it all fixed in about an hour.  Very professional and honest, we appreciated not feeling like we were trying to be sold equipment or services we didn't need. I felt like they could narrow it down better, however, they ended up calling me at almost 4 in the afternoon and rescheduled because their plumbers weren't getting done with their jobs for the day in time to make it to my appointment. I had them come out the next morning and the quote they gave me was $200 more than my previous plumber but I had already taken off work to be available for the previous day and would have lost more than the $200.00 to take off again for another appointment.
