Carlos was a FANTASTIC guy to work with. He was very communicative about timing, options, cost, and everything else. He got up on the roof with me and showed not only what he would be doing, but also pictures of past jobs to illustrate, and he even pointed out other vulnerabilities my roof might have without giving any sense that he was trying to push me towards an upsell or go... fishing for surprises, like other contractors I've done business with (don't trust White Oak!). The other reviewers are correct; Carlos is super trustworthy, communicative, and effective. I will recommend him to anyone I know who needs roof work done.

Carlos with High Qaulity roofing accommodated my early Saturday morning schedule by coming to my house early. When he got here he explained everything about my Ridge vents and how to replace it so that it would be 100 percent waterproof and I would have a peace of mind for many years. I have retired from working in the construction trade and could tell right away that Carlos was very knowledgeable and experienced in his trade. He gave me a fair price and even sent me pictures of every step he took to accomplish his work . I was very happy with his workmanship and the Quality of the materials that he bought. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away at the end of the project and I would recommend HQR.

Recent winds knocked a tree limb that punched through my roof. Carlos at High Quality Roofing was at my house within an hour of my calling. He immediately covered the hole with a tarp, and had his crew at my house the next morning to professionally patch the roof.

He was professional and friendly, showed up on time, and went the extra mile to patch other minor leaks that were found while fixing the original problem. He was honest and transparent throughout the whole project rather than trying to upsell me on unnecessary extras (which I’ve come to expect from most service companies) which is why I’ll be giving them a call when it’s time to replace the roof. My recently purchased home had a roof leak that I thought was due to the chimney flashing needing to be replaced, Carlos with High-Quality Roofing was quick to respond to my project and was able to investigate the issue. Carlos informed me the issue was more than just the flashing and that the current shingles were not installed at the right angle thus water was sitting in various areas, causing multiple leaks into the 2nd floor of my home. In order to ensure that the leak was 100% fixed he recommended a replacement of the area (not the entire roof) and installing the proper weatherproof materials. I was not so excited to hear about the enhanced scope of the project but also understood this would be the best fix long-term and warranty the work. Carlos was quick to schedule my project and easy to communicate with. Great experience overall.
