Dave installed a Tesla wall charger recently. His quote was not the cheapest nor the highest but he explained the work needed thoroughly and my husband felt comfortable with his abilities. Dave is reliable and responsive. Definitely recommend his for your electrical needs!

Fantastic job at a fair price

I had a quick response from Dave. He quoted our work and could start fairly quickly. We agreed on a day and time for the work, but Dave did not show. He made up for it and came the next day at my schedule choice.

I have had 4 different electricians do my house. EV electric was fixing a lot of stuff the others did wrong. My house was so messed up, I paid by the hour because he kept finding stuff wrong. I would highly recommend. Very reasonable price.

The service was great for what they charged I would recommend them to all my friends

The project was to remove a fluorescent light and install 2 pendant lights. It was quoted at $199 and to take *no more than 2 hours.* Unfortunately the lights were not installed and the invoice provided was for nearly double the original quote, Now, another electrician needs to be hired, at an additional cost, to complete the work that EV did not do. I was also charged for 30-45 minutes when the electrician left the project. He also did not do any cleanup and I had to do that all on my own, and I am sure if he did some cleanup, he would have charged even more. To make matters worse, when I tried to talk to the electrician about my frustration over the expectations that were set by EV Electric regarding cost and time, he took zero accountability and said it was my fault. At no time did he say he wasn't going to complete the project or that it was going to cost at least 2x his quote. He was also very rude and repeatedly cut me off, never allowing me the chance to talk. He also made very negative comments about Home Advisor and the exorbitant fees they charge him. His communication was lacking as there was ample opportunity to detail that the cost was going to be higher and the project was not going to be completed so you have to wonder why that was the case. It certainly appears that with this approach he felt comfortable charging double the quote, even though the project was not completed. UPDATE 4-13-2021 THE CONTRACTOR THREATENED A SENIOR...here is his email. I don't I know why you randomly decided to pay me $99 for services which were completed on 2/19/21. The total is $374.10 less your $99 payment for a current balance of $275.10. I was planning on taking you to court for the full balance of $374.10, plus $1000 for the libelous review you posted on HomeAdvisor's review page. I am demanding that you remove the false statements in the post or remove the post in it's entirety and pay the remaining balance of $275.10. If these demands are not met in 10 days, don't bother unless you are also willing to pay the additional $118 filing fee and $50 Sheriff service charge ($168). I will not withdraw the suit simply because payment in full has been made. I want the libelous statements corrected or post removed. I am not willing to sacrifice my, nor my company's reputation because you misunderstood what your "project" total costs we're going to be. No further correspondence is necessary. I will send you an updated invoice with the correction for the $199 service charge reflecting the accurate current balance. Dave Brown EV ELECTRIC

This was an install of a garbage disposal in an existing home. Since the dishwasher and sink plumbing was already in place, the installer had to determine the best routing for the install. He came up with a good route very a successful install.

Dave was thorough on the job and kept us informed during the job. His product and finish work was outstanding. We will definitely contact Dave and EV for additional jobs.

Dave was on time and even went out of his way to get here as quickly as possible. He let me know when he was on his way and then explained everything that he was repairing. I will use him for future projects and highly recommend his services!
