I called him and got a quote of $1079, which included shipping both ways, cleaning the rug, and a guarantee that I would not be able to detect any urine odor when my rug was returned to me. "We moved into our house September of 2021. The previous owners had a long haired cat that peed everywhere and had a litter box under the bed in the master bedroom. (Beyond nasty). We hired family that has a cleaning business to clean the carpet and to be frank they were awful. David and James from Stanley Steamers came over and.... Well, beyond awesome!! We have a newer build (11 years) and we had no clue the carpet was actually white. Very meticulous and very pleasant/fun to be around. It was interesting and kind of embarrassing what they were able to pull out of the carpet. It was kitty litter and cat hair and I promise we have tried to deep clean with our Bissell vacuum and carpet cleaner. David and James made our carpet look new again. We highly recommend them. As for moving furniture.... It is not their job, help them out or give them permission. They don't want to ruin anything."
