Showed up on time, explained any issues they found, worked quickly and were thoughtful of timing when main water valve had to be shut off. Will be hiring again when we replace our other toilets!

The repair entailed digging a large hole in front of my home and

The response to my initial inquiry was prompt. In a phone conversation Greg explained the work and anticipated cost. Perhaps I misunderstood but though the cost of the disposal he quoted was $30 more than it was listed on itemized invoice. Labor was too much @ $285 for less than 2 hours work and no surprise problems.

When I discovered water leaking through my kitchen ceiling on a Sunday morning, I was distraught. Since we had used this provider quite satisfactorily in the past year, I placed a call and left a message on the answering machine. I was amazed to receive a return call within the hour, and to learn that they would be at my home before 9:00 a.m. the next morning (Monday). Chad arrived promptly and went right to work, locating and verifying the source of the problem. He replaced the damaged seal on the toilet in the upstairs bathroom, and was very thorough in checking the repair and any other potential issues. He even repaired the float mechanism in the toilet tank which had been allowing water to continue to flow after flushing, although I had forgotten to mention this problem to him. He was very professional and completed the repair and clean up quickly, carefully and at a very affordable rate. As far as I'm concerned, Plumbing Services, Inc. is the only plumbing company I will call in the future.

Chad, the plumber was incredibly courteous and knowledgeable. He worked steadily and efficiently. He explained the functioning of the backup sump and importance of a discharge line above ground at its ending.

He came at the time he specified. Said hello, and went to work. He carries replacement articles with him to elleviate having to make a trip to pick the part up. Saves time and money.

Arrived on time. Told us he needed to find source of problem before doing any digging. Checked septic vent, gave us info on how to determine cause of "leak". Turns out, we don't need any digging done. Relieved pressure in septic drain.
