I had a large sectional couch that was quite badly stained during a recent cross-country move but Referral Cleaning came to the rescue. Jeremy and Kory arrived as scheduled. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and worked professionally and efficiently to get my couch looking as good as new, while keeping my home protected with floor protectors and mats. They positioned all the cushions for optimum drying and provided helpful tips and information during the entire process. They also made me aware of other services the company offers. I will definitely use them for future furniture/carpet cleaning and restoration as needed. Fantastic service!

The technician arrived on time and was friendly and gentle with all of our furniture! We had 2 spots on our white family room carpet- he was able to get both out. The extra care he took with the baseboards and high traffic areas was AMAZING!! Our carpet looks like NEW again-all of our carpet is over 20 years old. The guys did a fabulous job cleaning my couch and carpets today. They were able to get all the spots, they informed me about anything that could be an issue, and left my home spotless. I was impressed with the way they protected my walls and hardwood floors while servicing my carpets. This may not be the cheapest carpet/upholstery cleaner, but you get what you pay for! I will use them again 100%

When we recently had a water line break in our basement, I was at a loss of what to do. What a relief when I called Referral Cleaning & Restoration and was able to speak with Alan immediately, even though it was around 6 a.m. Later that morning, he was there with his crew, and they were quickly getting the water out of the basement and beginning the process of drying the walls and carpet. To save my family money, they even allowed us to use their meters to monitor the status of drying everything and allowed me to return their materials myself, so I wasn't billed additional trip fees. Overall, Referral Cleaning & Restoration was very professional and did an excellent job for the money. We would certainly recommend them to anyone who is in a similar emergency.

Came on time. cleaned thoroughly and offered tips and suggestions about cleaning spots. Takes a little longer and costs a little more than the $99 specials offered by others, but so worth it.

Extremely well. Carpet came clean and they didn't try to talk me into spending money cleaning my wood floors. They said they looked in terrific shape. Honesty and integrity like that can be hard to find these days. I don't plan to ever use another carpet cleaner.

Great service and utmost care was taken as not to damage or mar any other parts of the house with the incoming hoses and equipment. The service techs were thorough and professional. The methods that were used left the carpet just damp and dried very quickly and the carpet was uniform in appearance with all traffic areas gone. Cleaned and looked like new. The cleaning of the couch was also a good experience.

The techs did an outstanding job given the stains. They moved heavy furniture (piano!). They were extremely neat with drop cloths at foyer, door drape to keep out cold air, and more. We were very pleased with the results. They may cost a little more, but they are worth it for the excellent job performed! Would use again.
