SteamTeam Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning

I was very happy with them as they were very good. They are very efficient and did really good work. They even gave good advice on one chair needing to be cleaned by the dry cleaners. I would highly recommend them.

It went awesome! The guys were in and out in about 3 hours; they went above and beyond my expectations.

Crew was in and out in a short time. It didn't seem like they concentrated on the traffic/problem areas. After drying time, traffic areas still looked dirty. I ran my Hoover Dual V steam vac over the traffic/problem areas. I extracted 7 - 8 containers (1 gal. each) of very dirty water (photo attached). After dry time, traffic areas look great. Steam Team was willing to send a crew out to redo job. I told them I already re-cleaned it and after their previous results, I felt they would be wasting their time. They did issue a refund for the entire amount.

I needed carpets cleaned quickly as we were getting ready to put our home on the market. They got us in the same day that I called...other companies that I contacted said they had no availability for at least 1 to 2 weeks. They were very prompt and professional.

They do good work. They moved all the big stuff and they were efficient and quick about it.

We had a real bad snow but they came out anyway and even helped shovel my driveway. They cleaned that day and there were a couple spots. I'm not sure if their equipment was leaking but they weren't drying out so they came back out and hit those spots again and now the carpet has never looked better.

Called right before Christmas and had service within two days. Very good job and very professional and polite. Would definitely use again. Thanks!

Went great - they called the day before with a two hour window and called the day of when on their way. They beat me to the house so were greeted by my 12 year old. They offered to wait outside until I arrived. I had given her the ok to let them in, and they were professional and courteous to her - introduced themselves, etc. They worked quickly and efficiently and did a nice job. Would definitely hire them again.

They did a very thorough job of cleaning my air ducts and a great job sealing the air duct they had to cut open to access them. The also did a great job with the carpet cleaning and I would call them again.

After hearing many good things about air duct cleaning, we decided to look into it for the 11 year old home we purchased. The first company I called was Steam Team after seeing their advertisement. Josh was very helpful, explained the process they use and all that they do. He gave me a quote over the phone but then also met me at our home to make sure the quote was accurate (I wasn't sure how many vents we had since we had just purchased the home). He was professional, yet friendly and pleasant. I felt very comfortable having him in our home. I was present while he was cleaning out the duct work and he showed me before and after pictures that he was taking along the way, it was unbelievable, there was dry wall dust and a lot other "stuff" in there that obviously had been there since the house was built. He found a styrofoam 24 oz cup and a 12 oz can in one of our vents and a measuring tape in another!! I was shocked!
We are very happy with the job that Josh and Steam Team did on our air ducts and how thoroughly he cleaned every thing. We will definitely be doing business with Josh and Steam Team in the future and continue recommending them to everyone else who asks me about air duct cleaning. In fact, my Mom is looking into having them do hers as well!!

We had the Steam Team come to clean our carpets and I was a little worried when they said they could come out the very next morning - I thought that meant they weren't very busy for a reason. But, we had a coupon, so...Boy am I glad I know about this company! They were prompt, clean, very courteous, and did a super job! They spent enough time to get the job done (a couple of hours!) and did a great job on the carpet and the upholstery. We have used several carpet cleaning companies in the past and they all seemed pretty homogeneous which led me to think that all carpet cleaning companies were the same. But, I now have a "carpet company" that I will use again and again! They also spoke with clarity and explained to me why my carpet was in the shape it was and gave lots of helpful information for me to consider if I choose to replace the carpet in the future. We always use Steam Team because they are professional, kind and they do good work. Their prices seems to be a little cheaper than their competition.

I've been using them for a couple of years and I'm very pleased with them. They treat your home as theirs as far as been cautious while moving the stuffs around and what needs you have without going over the budget. They are really responsive in that kind of way. I'm very pleased with them. They are good guys.
