We are family owned and operated. We service all brands, makes and models. From furnace and water heater repair and replacements, all the way to a leaking kitchen faucet or bathroom toilet. One call REALLY does it all. Faucets, toilets, sinks, drain rodding, water heaters, boilers, furnaces, air conditioners and humidifiers. New construction to radiant heat. "I’m extremely satisfied with Regional. We had three sump pumps that needed to be replaced (primary, secondary, and water powered backup). The quote was very reasonable, and they were able to do the work shortly after their initial visit. They replaced everything with Liberty pumps. Justin and Erich did the work and they were very professional. We had them quote out a couple of other items (replacing water heater, etc) and those quotes were also very reasonable. I will definitely hire them for future jobs."

"After 20 Years of having 4 Seasons install our entire system (AC,Furnace,Hot water heater) and 20 Years of twice a year maintenance at $89.95 per visit, this last AC tune up yesterday was a scam! I always defended 4 Seasons to all my neighbors and clients/friends when they would say how terrible 4 seasons was at telling them they needed unwarranted repairs or replacement. I never felt that 4 seasons was scamming me until yesterday. The tech told me that I needed 2 parts that were failing, but when I asked him to show me, he couldn't tell me why the parts were failing. He didn't know that I know my stuff and knew that the parts in question were just replaced and were just fine. So when I called the tech on it, he said that 4 seasons is asking their techs to find stuff wrong with their units to cover their as**es for the "No Breakdown Guarantee" that they offer customer for 1 year. So if something was wrong with their system, 4 seasons would not be liable since they "supposedly" found something wrong with the unit. They quote outrageous prices for the repairs to make you actually buy a new unit. This is not the ethical treatment I was used to for 20 Years. Very disappointed and now considering switching my loyalty to another company. Might consider staying with them if they extend my warranty as discussed privately."

"I had to replace my old boiler heat as it was not repairable. So I purchased a NEW wall-mounted, modulating gas, condensing, combination Boiler. It replaces BOTH my boiler heater & Hot water tank. The new unit is attached up on wall with a small tank, gas, water lines below. The 2nd pic is where old hot water heater used to sit. Now I have all that extra storage space!! And no need for upkeep & repairs on a big old hot water heater!! The only thing I can complain about was that they were here for 12 hrs!! start to finish. Plus I was here sitting practically on top of a space heater dressed very warmly all day. And of course this was in January 2025 in northwest Indiana. I think this was a 1st time install for them in an older home not a new build. I would have rated them as a 5 star if not for the LONG DAY it took to be installed. They all were very nice, kind & cleaned up their mess. They brought large painter cloths to put down on floors due to going in out in the snow also."
