"This company was referred to me by close family friends who also use their service. I hired them to apply a flash coat of closed-cell foam to my home in November 2020. The quote was easy, Beau and Cody were communicative and knowledgeable, and the work was done quickly and well. We were generally satisfied with the service, price, and product. Fast forward to April 2022: I reached out as a repeat customer to get a quote to apply closed-cell foam in my garage. They set me up for 2 quote appointments. 1 of which was without follow-up correspondence for 2 days. The second, they messaged me 40 minutes before the scheduled appointment to tell me they were running late due to another job. I had already made arrangements with my employer to leave early and left. That was May 10th. They never showed up and have not returned my correspondence (not answered calls, voicemails, or texts). It is now a week later and still nothing. I am not sure what happened between 2020 and now, but I would expect at least a minimum level of courtesy as a repeat customer who has referred them to other people as well. "
