A tip: definitely make the trip to their showroom before finalizing your patio color. My wife and I initially narrowed down our choices to three colors based on the booklet, and we almost skipped the showroom visit. However, after making the 40-minute drive, we were so glad we did! It allowed us to make a more informed decision, and we ended up choosing a color we hadn’t even considered. The result is stunning, and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Great company to work with! Chris did a great job estimating and creating a plan that worked best for us. The office communicated in a timely manner and let us know of a few rain delays. Each team that came out was professional and communicated exactly what they were doing. They had us check the work and were willing to do anything that we asked. There was minimal damage done to our existing yard and everything was cleaned up. The entire proejct was completed in 3 days as promised! Highly recommend!

I would like to share our wonderful experience with Indy Decorative Concrete (IDC). The process started in late December of 2024 when we decided to add a concrete patio to our home. We called four concrete patio vendors and while IDC was not the most affordable, they were hands down the most professional, knowledgeable and customer care oriented. For the following reasons we chose Indy Decorative Concrete. From the initial phone call the office staff proved to be both knowledgeable and friendly, providing clear information and answering any questions with patience and professionalism. This first interaction sets the tone for the exceptional service that follows. It was extremely cold in December, yet we wanted to be on a schedule as soon as the weather broke, so Marc of IDC came out to our home and performed laser measurements. This technology ensures that every detail is accurately captured, allowing for a perfect fit and finish in the final product. IDC was the only vendor that used this technology for precise measurements, ensuring that the data gathered would create a high-quality long-lasting patio. Once the measurements were taken, we had a quote within days that included multiple options and price points. IDC's expertise and responsiveness were so far above the other vendors it made our decision to choose them easy. Once we made the decision to go with IDC the design phase began. IDC has a great showroom with examples of stamp designs and colors, and they collaborated with us in the design discussions. The team is creative and experienced, offering suggestions and solutions that enhanced the project's overall aesthetic and functionality. This ensured that the final design reflected our vision and specific needs. By the second week of March 2025 our spot in the schedule arrived along with favorable weather. The installation phase is where IDC continued to shine. Their installers are highly skilled and efficient, ensuring that the project is completed to the highest standards. They worked diligently and respectfully, minimizing any disruption to our neighbors, our home and property, and three days later they were finished. The quality of the workmanship is evident in the final product and flawless finish which matches what we had designed and hoped for. The service did not end with the installation. Indy Decorative Concrete went above and beyond by providing a thorough clean-up of the site. Their team ensures that the area is left spotless, demonstrating their commitment to excellence. Additionally, they take the extra step to fix any landscaping that may have been disturbed during the installation. They even went as far as sewing grass seed where the grass had been disturbed by their machinery. I highly recommend Indy Decorative Concrete; in my opinion they meet a high standard of customer service which seems to be lacking with companies these days. From the first phone call to the final clean-up, they went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the project was handled with care and professionalism. After collecting estimates from 3 reputable contractors, we chose IDC for our new patio project. The IDC quote included 5” of concrete and rebar to strengthen the concrete and reinforce against cracking, compared to the standard 4” depth (and no rebar) from the other companies. A visit to the showroom let us see the countless integral and release combinations and compare a huge variety of stamp options to ensure we knew exactly what our new patio would look like when it was complete. Communication from Marc and Isabella was always timely, and our foremen contacted us each morning to let us know the crew was on its way. When the patio was complete, the site was cleaned and power washed and ready for living! We will definitely skip the bidding process and go directly to IDC for any future concrete projects!

Indy Decorative Concrete is a great company. We hired them to build a patio extension and fire pit with a seat wall. We could not be happier with the results. I cannot say enough about IDC. We actually started this project last year, and then there were some layoffs at my job, which made us a little nervous. We asked to postpone just in case, and they were so understanding. I feel like they considered us more than just a dollar amount, if that makes sense. We were able to say go this month, hoping we might get on their books before the eclipse in April, never expecting they would work us in so quick. We now have a beautiful patio instead of the 12x12 “upgraded” patio our builder poured, and we couldn’t be happier. Yes, there are cheaper places, but quality isn’t cheap. If you are on the fence about using Indy Decorative, don’t be!

Excellent service, and new patio looks great. Their work teams were prompt, courteous, and professional, and cleaned up after their work and fixed the areas of my grass yard that were slightly damaged with their front loader in removing the old patio and hauling the new concrete to my back yard.
