"Whale Maintained Properties have actually done a number of jobs for me over the years. Most recently they installed a bathtub and surround in an upstairs bathroom for me. They've also handled HVAC and water heater maintenance and repair, faucet and toilet replacement, and hardwood floor refinishing for me. I had issues with the stability of stairs and they provided solutions to secure the stairs and prevent any further movement when I walk up and down the steps.
