He said that he would send the estimate right away but it never came through even though I sent a follow up request. By the time I received a call from the company the next week indicating that the person was no longer with the company, I'd already chosen a different provider."

I found the coupon myself and doubt I would have been told about it otherwise. 180.00 minus the coupon would have been more reasonable."

"Soon after we moved into our house in 2019, one of the two sump pumps we had was not fully draining on its own. We called and let them know of the issue. About two days after the initial call they sent out a tech, he was on time and happy to help. Took a look over the sump pump that was not draining correctly and asked a few questions. Quickly figured out the issue, it needed a part so that it could drain properly on its own and without us needing to manually drain it ourselves as we had been doing the past few times it rained. Thank goodness!! Had the part readily available in his truck, had it installed within 15 minutes. The issue was fixed right away and we have yet to have another issue with the sump pumps.
