He also noticed the outside shutoff valve was leaking and was able to tighten the valve so that it would no longer leak. He made it quick and painless. He tried to make the higher than normal (weekend night) service fee worth the call out for us. Although it was a little more expensive because it was a weekend night, it was nice to know it had been fixed and we could turn the water on again. It was a great experience compared to our previous horrible experiences we had with Mister Quik."
