"My experience with Winters Plumbing was extremely positive from start to finish. When I called in to schedule an appointment, Brittany was very pleasant, professional and helpful. My situation was not an emergency, but she still got me scheduled for an appointment the next day. Steve let me know when he was going to arrive and showed up on time. I was having an issue with a strange sound coming from my pipes. Steve worked for over an hour troubleshooting to make sure he diagnosed the problem correctly. I appreciate the fact that he took the time to correctly diagnose the issue and ruled out some "big ticket" items first before narrowing the problem down to a faulty toilet valve. Even though it was getting late in the day he got the parts he needed and quickly replaced the faulty valve. He left the bathroom looking like he'd never been there and my strange noise is now gone. Steve is very professional and good to work with, and the cost for the service was certainly reasonable. I will definitely call Winters Plumbing again when I need plumbing work done. They made what seemed like a huge task look easy. They took the extra care of ensuring it was also aesthetically pleasing including new drain equipment where visible. "After looking at the drain the Tech said I have some bad news and some good news. He said it cost $315.00. I said $315 for a kitchen sink!!!! I told him I have a coupon $89.00. I paid $217. That company is a rip off. Did you know they raise the price. I didn't save anything with that company. Will never use them again."

"Long story short I was attempting to install a new vanity over the copper supply lines for a bathroom sink. I bent the copper pipe which caused it to begin leaking. It was a Sunday night at 5:30 pm. Dan showed up even quicker than he had estimated. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He fixed the leak quickly including making recommendations to replace the 30 year old shut-off valves, which he did at the same time as fixing the leak. He also noticed the outside shutoff valve was leaking and was able to tighten the valve so that it would no longer leak. He made it quick and painless. He tried to make the higher than normal (weekend night) service fee worth the call out for us. Although it was a little more expensive because it was a weekend night, it was nice to know it had been fixed and we could turn the water on again. It was a great experience compared to our previous horrible experiences we had with Mister Quik."

The reason for the 2.5 stars was the price. 180.00 for 45 minutes, tops, to snake the drain is excessive in my opinion. That was with a 50.00 off online coupon from the company- supposedly. I found the coupon myself and doubt I would have been told about it otherwise. 180.00 minus the coupon would have been more reasonable."

"I had Everdry install drains in my basement about 2-3 years ago. The initial process took about 3 days to complete, but the workers were very respectful with my personal property since they had to enter my bedroom to get to the basement. Everything was covered in plastic that couldn’t be moved to avoid getting dust everywhere. When they were all done, they made sure to clean up after themselves. The foreman even asked for a broom to clean up some dirt on the floor. I’ve had a couple problems since then, but they are very quick to respond, and everything has been covered under the lifetime warranty."
