On time arrival and efficient professional service. Although the person who booked my appointment neglected to note that I wanted both a furnace and an ac inspection, the technician kindly obliged. He hosed down filter and tested functions and then explained how my bill and future service will cost less if I join the maintenance program. I’ve used CS for more than 15 years, and their expert technicians go above and beyond.

It went very well. They supplied a commode that had all the requisite features I asked for. They installed a new wax ring, etc. They hauled the old commode off and left the bathroom very clean! Kudos to Commercial Service!

Charlie did a great job and also noticed a slight leak from my water heater. He attached a hose and extended to the drain. A fix for now and he advised me to seek a plumber. Thanks a lot.

A standard part was the extent of the problem. The necessary part was in the service vehicle’s stock. The repair was done quickly. The HVAC is 20 years old and I had some questions regarding replacing it. The technician satisfactorily answered all my questions. He was efficient, effective and personable-all reasons why I stick with Commercial Service.
