When one of our heat pumps stopped working, I got ahold of Commercial Service. The technician was polite, respectful, and efficient. They were able to quickly diagnose and repair the issue in one visit. I would 100% recommend them!

It went very well. They supplied a commode that had all the requisite features I asked for. They installed a new wax ring, etc. They hauled the old commode off and left the bathroom very clean! Kudos to Commercial Service!

Charlie did a great job and also noticed a slight leak from my water heater. He attached a hose and extended to the drain. A fix for now and he advised me to seek a plumber. Thanks a lot.

A standard part was the extent of the problem. The necessary part was in the service vehicle’s stock. The repair was done quickly. The HVAC is 20 years old and I had some questions regarding replacing it. The technician satisfactorily answered all my questions. He was efficient, effective and personable-all reasons why I stick with Commercial Service.

I bought my heat pump from Commercial Service 3 years ago. I also have an annual maintenance contract with this for 2 visits per year + a small percentage off any repairs. This visit fell under the summer maintenance. The technician was prompt and professional. Pressure was a bit low so the technician brought the pressure up. This was significantly less eventful than my previous maintenance call, in which it was determined that I had a bad part, thankfully still under warranty. Still Commercial handled the situation quickly and professionally. I will definitely be renewing my service contract with this firm.

During our routine maintenance, the technician found that some repairs were needed for our furnace. He explained what needed repaired in great detail that I could understand. He took his time and was very thorough. He was also very pleasant and welcomed my questions.

The new system was installed in the spring, and as the weather turned cold, the new unit was so loud that it was able to be heard through the walls. The tech worked several times but never had a fix. Rather I spent over $500 putting band-aids on a 13k purchase!! The field rep finally came out and had no solution and said it sounded fine. In the meantime I had 3 other HVAC people out and they all said there was a problem with the unit. Eventually we agreed to severe ties and I had a new system installed, but was told by Commercial Service They would never do work for me again(Plumbing or HVAC), and their supplier (Trane) also banned me from their equipment for life.

I am also saddened that you feel it necessary to write such a terrible review of that process publicly online. We tried very hard to make the system work for you and your home. When we finally realized it just wasn't possible we still gave you options. You didn't want a different unit installed so we gave you your money back and in-installed the system. A lot of companies would have just turned their back. I know it was a trying process but I think the review you gave us is an unfair depiction of the story.
