"The quality of the work performed was fine. The issues I had were with communication. No issues setting up the initial appointment , although I am used to getting a phone call when the worker is on his/her way to my house and when to expect them. On the first day, it was raining and the roof was too step to get on when wet. The plan was to come back the next day but it was raining then as well and I wasn't home, so it wasn't clear when they would come back again. I only knew they came back because I saw a patio paver moved onto a spot where it wasn't before, and realized they used it to place under a ladder and the gutters appeared to be clean. I would've expected some kind of call or follow-up to indicate that they visited the home and completed the job with a report on what they did or what they saw. We had discussed also inspecting an overflowing gutter near the chimney and it wasn't clear if they had looked at this problem or not, but the problem recurred during a recent storm so I had to call them back and leave a message. I never got a response to my message, but randomly one day a week or so later a guy showed up at my house to look at it. Fortunately, I was home so we could discuss the specifics of the issue. I think he identified the problem and said he would speak to his manager about quoting a resolution. Haven't heard a peep since. I'm on the fence whether I would use these guys again vs. trying somebody else."

"Ok. Miscommunication occurred regarding how long the project would take. Some items weren't completed as expected and they had to make another trip out. Also two nails/screws were left on my patio where anyone could have stepped on them."
