They only complaint is they promised to level out the dirt displaced when removing and leveling the sidewalk and did not. "I highly recommend Level Up concrete repair service. They were knowledgeable and courteous and did exactly what they said they would and at a fair price. They filled in pockets of open space underneath my porch where direct and crush rock had settled and they sanded and filled in the porch cracks with waterproof mortar which came with guarantee for 12 years. My front porch looks much better with all cracks filled in and they also added mortar in the seams of my porch steps and walkway which makes it look much cleaner as well as keep the water from penetrating and causing future cracks. The holes they drilled to insert the material below the porch is barely visible and will keep the cracks from expanding further. They were the most reasonable price of the companies I contacted and very professsional."
