"Very warm weather. Home of elderly mother. A/C stopped working the evening before. A quick call to Hoff the following morning received a very prompt response that day. Mike diagnosed the problem immediately, telephoned me with thorough explanation of problem and cost, and took care of the matter in a short time.
I have no doubt that Mike remained long enough to ensure that his repair was appropriate, and that no other repairs were necessary. There were no other A/C failures during the remainder of the cooling season.

"Great! They did an excellent job getting the old water heater disconnected and the new one installed where we wanted it. It saved a TON of floor space in our basement and gets rid of my fear that the tanked version was about to fail. There was a small installation error that we noticed the day after it was put in--nothing major--and they came right out and fixed it! It's working perfectly."
