"I am so pleased with the help that we received from American Carpet Distributors! We had a burst pipe in our basement that got our carpet and padding wet. We had to throw out the padding but managed to save the carpet. Larry responded so quickly and was so easy to work with. He stopped by the house the same day I called him and took measurements to replace the carpet padding. A couple days later he sent out a very friendly and hardworking crew to replace the padding and lay our old carpet on top. It looks and feels brand new. I am so pleased that he was so promp to help. I feel like he was so fair in his pricing and that he wasn't pushy to sell me things I didn't need. The other carpet companies I called would only do the job if I bought new carpet (which I didn't need) or had a high minimum job payment. Larry saw that we really needed our basement back to working order and quickly helped us get that back. I am very satisfied and grateful!"

We redid our entire first floor of hardwood and our entire basement with new vinyl lux flooring. We discovered some bumps in the road - upon removing some rugs, some very large plywood patches showed up. The basement floor, once the carpet came up proved to be less than level and the stairs needed to be patched up. Everything was done so well that it's hard to imagine it's the same house. The flooring work they did was transformational. Despite the complicated and numerous hardwood patches in several rooms, you can't tell they're not the original floors. The workmanship is flawless. We felt completely comfortable from the initial meeting with them. They were excellent at communicating things before, during and upon completion of the work. We wanted to remove the tile, level the entire floor, and have hard wood flooring throughout the room. This was a challenge for the other contractors and flooring people who came out to give estimates. However, Mike of Mike’s flooring came out and immediately knew how to implement a plan of action. Mike’s team responded quickly and finished the job in a timely manner. They were pleasant and respectful, took care to limit the dust, and cleaned up after themselves. "I had the carpeting replaced in one of the bedrooms. Expo sent me sample photos of carpets by email so I could choose a carpet over the phone. Dina, the salesperson, was very helpful. The installer was terrific. He got there right on time and took out the old carpeting and hauled it away and then installed the new carpet in two hours.It looks beautiful. I'm really pleased with the service I got. I have used Expo several times before and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone."

"The job turned out great and my bathroom looks brand new. I hired Freddy and his team at F&F Construction to repair a subfloor where the toilet sits, install toilet, and finally install a DuraLux performance waterproof luxury vinyl floor. The job required them to finish repairing the subfloor which I had done demo on after I replaced the flange due to a leaky toilet. They were able to install complete that job and install the new flooring. They also installed a new vanity, painted the bathroom and also fixed a leak in my shower that wasn't part of the original contract. I considered only giving them 4 stars due to a section of my bathroom where a radiator heater sits, when they installed the tile, they went around the radiator and it didn't seem so clean (pictures included). However, the overall project was great and the price was very reasonable. My bathroom looks great after a well needed makeover. Freddy was timely and punctual, great customer service, and communication was great."
