The drinking water osmosis tank was relocated and connected to the refridgerator water/ice dispensers. Drain pipe from kitchen to septic system was replaced. "I just bought a house in Glenview. I was looking for a company that could install a drainage solution to one side of my house. The grade runs towards the north side of the house causing excess water runoff and potential seepage into the basement. I did my research and found ULB-DRY Waterproofing. I have to say that the entire process was absolutely flawless. Their estimator came out to assess the situation and provide solutions. They had to come out a second time to perform a site survey to make sure their solution would work properly (making sure there was enough pitch from the front of the property to the back to drain the water). Once everything was assessed we scheduled a day for their crew to come out to perform the work (installing a french drain to move excess water build up away from the side of the house). They also connected one of my gutter downspouts to the pipe to drain that water away also. The crew was very professional, hard working, and technically sound. Not many companies have all these attributes. They really knew what they were doing. This company is awesome."

He gave a fixed price for the service (awesome to know what you're going to have to pay rather than constantly watch the clock or another pile of money to pay). Him and his crew showed up the next morning and they fixed the clog. He was articulate with the problem and gave me advice on avoiding it in the future. I needed a special 50 foot mechanized drain snake and he had it on the truck whereas some plumbers need to plan ahead. Very professional, nice and got the job done quickly. The estimator visited and walked me through everything, took his time to look for potential causes of a our problem, questioned up extensively about when we had problems and ended up suggesting that we start small (and inexpensive) to see if fixing a crack would solve problems. Other estimators with other companies went straight to really expensive drain tile systems without looking for other possible solutions. The work was scheduled promptly and they did a great job. They called back and checked on how everything was working 24 hours after the install, and scheduled a second visit to make sure everything was working well and that I was happy with the result.
