He was very polite, professional and clean. He was able to get the water out thru the drain pipe right under the sink. He then pulled the rest of my pipes off and found the clog. He was able to get the gunk out and used his equipment and there were no more clogs down the rest of the pipes. He wore his booties inside and cleaned up after himself. He even came back a second time after we got more water in another spot to see what could be causing it and what a cost-effective solution might be. On top of that, the price was right! We never ever felt pressured into committing to the work, and they seemed confident in their skills to get the job done. Our partial interior drain tile job was finished in two days. While we can't yet vouch for the drain tile's efficacy since we haven't gotten a large spring rain yet and we're still in the process of refinishing our basement after it was demoed for this work, we expect we'll have a dry basement!"
