I wound up calling Dylan from Fox Valley Plumbing for two different projects after my longtime plumber was no longer available, and I was extremely pleased with the service that I received on both occasions! Dylan always tried to respond to my messages fairly quickly and was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, friendly and prompt! He took great care in his work and cleaned up any mess when he was done. In addition, I found that his prices were very reasonable…I would definitely recommend Dylan and Fox Valley Plumbing to anyone looking for a great plumber!

I highly recommend Dylan. He was on time, respectful of my property, he cleans up after he's completed the job. He's a very pleasant young man, he's knowledgeable: he lets you know what the problem is, calls you over to show you, then fixes it. He's very reasonably priced, he guarantees his work for one year. For the job that I needed done, the 1st company that came out quoted me $2,200 for the same work that Dylan did for $603. He will be my plumber for any future plumbing jobs that I need done.

If you’re here, you’re probably in the same boat I was—plumbing (toilet in my case) problems and no go-to plumber. Then you see 5 star reviews for DNA and decide to ask for a quote. Do it! Dylan called me within 30 minutes on a Sunday morning and he was were at 9 am Monday morning. Turns out that the problems couldn’t be fixed so we decided to get new toilets altogether. Dylan’s customer-focused service was outstanding. He sent me pictures of products from which to choose because I didn’t have time to look myself. All of his work was done two days later and I am thrilled. Now I can confidently say, “I have a plumber—Dylan” and you will too after the first project he completes for you.

First hired Dylan to replace my water heater and service was exceptional! I have used him for any plumbing issues I’ve had since including garbage disposal, faucet leaks, gas leak, toilet issues etc. He has always done a fantastic job and been reliable at a fair price! Any future plumbing issues I run into it’s good to know I have a dependable professional to call!!!
