The basement floor, once the carpet came up proved to be less than level and the stairs needed to be patched up. Everything was done so well that it's hard to imagine it's the same house. The flooring work they did was transformational. Despite the complicated and numerous hardwood patches in several rooms, you can't tell they're not the original floors. The workmanship is flawless. We felt completely comfortable from the initial meeting with them. They were excellent at communicating things before, during and upon completion of the work. If you have floors that need attention, they should be your first (and really) only call. Cannot recommend highly enough."

"We had a floor leveling issue in which a room was part tile over cement and part carpet over hardwood, with the tiled part being higher than the carpeted part. We wanted to remove the tile, level the entire floor, and have hard wood flooring throughout the room. This was a challenge for the other contractors and flooring people who came out to give estimates. However, Mike of Mike’s flooring came out and immediately knew how to implement a plan of action. Mike’s team responded quickly and finished the job in a timely manner. They were pleasant and respectful, took care to limit the dust, and cleaned up after themselves. Mike also gave us great remodeling advice and provided us with great referrals for other trade experts. Most importantly, Mike charged a fair price, and he and his team did a WONDERFUL job. The new hard wood flooring looks GORGEOUS! Mike is a true expert in flooring, and I highly recommend him and his team."

It's how I came about the referral - as well as their Facebook ads. Not sure if they bit off more than they could chew, but communication has been awful if not non-existent. The home visit seemed great! But I had to email them for the quote afterwords. Then a visit to the showroom a month later was dirty, plant dirt lying around, no bathroom available to the customers, giant weeds outside of the building they purchased. If you're presenting yourself as professional contractors, appearance of a showroom where you host customers is a reflection of your work. I didn't hear from them in over 4 wks. I emailed & was met with an excuse & zero delivery of promise for final proposal. We are taking our business elsewhere. We just wasted 3 months for nothing."
