Working with 312 was one of the most painless experiences of home improvement we've ever experienced! We are in the midst of sprucing up a recently purchased home. As part of that, we replaced old and disgusting carpet in two upstairs bedrooms. We needed to match both the size, shape, grain, and stain of our pre-existing floors. Steve went above and beyond answering our questions and helping to find the floors that most matched what we had. The stain color wasn't perfect, but that was due to our choice of stains. However, the finish and grain look identical. The installation was near perfect; a far cry from the floors we've had in other homes/condos in the city. The were also impeccably clean; vacuuming both the hallway and the stairs on both days of the install. The demo and install crews were punctual and professional. I would highly recommend 312 for any wood flooring needs you have!

Excellent company to work with! Everyone is super friendly from Peter the owner, to Jesse the Sales designer who took the time to hear about what were wanted to brought perfect samples, to Japo the Carpet Installer, who did a phenomenal job. Super happy with the job they did and would highly recommend!

Pete is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The whole process was seamless. Pete was always responsive if I had any questions or concerns. I had new hardwood and carpet put in, and 312 flooring did it for a price that beat out Lunas quote. Thanks Pete!

Everything from sales to after install was fantastic. The sales man was clear, concise and honest, the installers were quick, cleaned up after themselves, and professional. After install, I got a call a couple days later to verify that we were Satisfied with our new carpeting. What was amazing, was a few days after that, I got a follow up call to say that we overpaid by $400 and to expect a refund check in the mail. Something that we did not catch. Very refreshing. Great company, great people. I would recommend to anyone.

Great! We were having our hardwood floors completely redone which is a daunting project but Pete explained everything to us very clearly and honestly. Our initial consultation was with Jesse, who is great but because he was new Pete came out himself to double-check that everything was in place! Juan and his team did an excellent job on the floors and completed the project right on time. He was communicative and thorough. I can't recommend 312 enough!

BUT, I understand the issue regarding the cost/ charge to restrecth your 2 rooms, which was installed by another flooring company several yrs ago ( NOT US), what you might think as "Pricey", But unfortunately that was my rate ( this work was preformed in a High-rise in Chicago & all which that entails ) & you were aware of the price before we ever started this service. I had also stopped by you home ( 1 week before this service) to assess you problem/issue ( all without a charge) & once we had determined which manufacture your carpet was made from I had provided you "Fabrica'[Member Information Removed] toll free # ( Which is owned by Dixie Home Group) so you would be able to contact them to see about if your carpet would fall into what they would call " A Manufactures Defect " . This was all given to you by me, as to give you the best solution for your situation prior to you contracting us out to preform your re-stretch. So was the $450.00 really "Pricey"...... based upon ?? I guess that would be a judgement call. Based upon all the customer service I had provided prior to you contacting us out. And completing this service on your time frame Once again, thank you for your business Sincerely, Peter Melidones \ Owner"

The carpet repair was done extremely well - you would not know an area had been replaced as it blended in with the original perfectly. The owner Peter was very helpful as he was aware that I needed the work to be completed ASAP. I would definitely recommend them!

312 Flooring was amazing. They were flexible in their hours to come measure, flexible in the time to install and the cost of our project was right in our budget. We reached out to other installers and 312 had the job done before anyone else was even able to come out to measure and quote. The guys who did the work were respectful and pleasant to have in our home, we have a 2 year old and my wife was 8 1/2 months pregnant at the time and we barely noticed any work was being done. Pete was great to work with and we couldn't recommend him more. Thanks!

They were very professional. The carpeting appeared to be the wrong color at first. The work was stopped, we talked with Peter. and it was the right color after all. He scheduled the completion for 2 days later. The workmanship is perfect, and the work sight was left clean.

Peter and his team were awesome. The were able to get in the day after I called and did a beautiful job cutting and and replacing the stained part of the carpet. Peter even stopped by after to make sure the job went as planned. A true customer champion that you don't find often these days. Will definitely be my first call on the next flooring project.

Pete was great. Very informative. Spent as much time as we needed to gather information and make decisions. Made himself available, either immediately or as soon as he could, to answer any questions we had. The work itself was done professionally. They did a great job interlacing the new wood floor with our existing wood floor. The men were polite. They kept the space as clean as possible. Couldn't be happier with the work that was done. Also had carpeting installed in other parts of the house. That went just as easily and professionally. I would highly recommend 312 Flooring to anyone who asks.

It was good. He was really good about getting the carpets installed before Christmas. The installers worked for 10 hours to get the job done and did a great job. They were neat, cleaned up afterwards and it was a very positive experience overall.

It was great. Got them on a review site, called, they came out show us the information and carpets he was very informative. He had two guys come out and do the whole house in one day. We had an issue with one of the tack boards and they were quick to get out and fix it.

Outstanding services, arrived on time, no issues with materials, very personable, helpful with decision making and samples, no pressure sales, and informative. During the installation there were a lot of challenges including a leak because of it being an older home. They were even able to get a plumber out to resolve the issue. We will use them again for future work.
