"I had a leaking shower...thought it was because of the plumbing but it was actually because my original shower was not installed correctly. Tom expressed concern over this and explained the cause of the problem and what needed to be done. Best experience to date with a contractor. Tom and his crew were awesome! Quick to respond, very knowledgable and great guys. Tom provided me with good information on making my tile selection. Offered top quaility products and showed me ways to save money. He even coordinated with the plumber so I didn't have to also deal with that. They estimated the job would take 1-2 weeks and it was done in a week and half. They always cleaned up before they left for the day. I will definitely use them again if the need should arise."

"Everything about Brian and his subcontractors is top notch. My neighbor busted a water pipe destroying my first floor bedroom. Townhouse. The other companies I called told me it would take several weeks for them to come out. That is unacceptable! Brian came out that day ( and he was quite busy with other clients) the entire room needed replacement including the adjoining wall being replaced. From the painting, the carpeting, the cabinets and the cleanup these people were the best I ever saw. Very professional, helpful, class A group.
