"10/10. Incredible quality and turnaround time. Michael from AAA Arborist came for an estimate the same day of contact and got the job done the next morning. We just moved to a new home and discovered an undisclosed squirrel next in our attic. Pest control identified the trees as the main thoroughfare of the squirrels. Michael recognized our emergency and took immediate action. There's a different tree company well reviewed in Angie's List that I wasted 2 weeks on prior and would avoid. I called Rivera 3-5 times. left VMs. Spoke w/ admin. They didn't provide me with the estimate as promised, until i followed up 1-2 times. Then when it finally came to schedule, they were a week out. I was never given an opportunity to speak with the estimator. If you're like me and looking up a tree trimmer on Angie's list, just call AAA Arborist 1st."

"I contracted AMG Tree Service to remove 6 trees from my backyard. From the moment he responded to me through the end of the project, Guillermo was a total pro. Not only did Guillermo and his crew do a great job removing the trees (two were large and hung into my neighbors yard) and cleaning-up the area, but I really appreciated the fact that his communication was great and he was punctual...he is a man of his word, which seems to be a rarity with other contractors there days. "Very pleased. They contacted me within an hour of my request. After I decided on Jose Trees, Inc., they told me they could come on that Tuesday. And I was happy to say they showed up Tuesday morning, right on time. They removed 4 very tall trees and trimmed up the trees in my back yard. When completed with the work they asked if I would check their work to make sure I was happy. I was happy, they even cleaned up all branches and leaves. Don't hesitate giving these guys the job. s"

"BTR responded within a few minutes of my request. They arrived as stated to bbn give their quote. The tree was spit down the center of the trunk all the way to fairly close to the ground. They offered to strap it together to hold it so that it didn't fall on the neighbor's house and deck. My husband didn't see the need. They arrived the next day as stated and went to work. They also ground remaining tree roots from a locust tree removed several years ago which continued to send up new growth. They were excellent at protecting the neighbor's property and ours. They did an excellent job of grinding the stump of the tree they removed. They also did an excellent job of finding and grinding the locust tree roots that were problematic. The person who stayed to do the grinding also did cleanup. He did an excellent clesnup. There was a large pile of remaining woodchips. He offered me the removed maple tree woodchips which i accepted and have used for mulch. These guys were excellent start to finish as opposed to the company i used several years ago who left tree roots from three trees that had to be removed. This company had the crew and equipment to expertly and efficiently handle the job. They were professional and courteous. I am glad we used Angi this time instead of friend referral. I would highly recommend BTR!"

"Very polite, direct, no-nonsense workers. They came to my house and provided a very reasonable quote within 10 minutes, and got the work done the very next morning. Brought all the equipment needed, stumped the trees removed, and disposed of everything. They even picked up and removed stray branches in the nearby area. I will definitely hire again."

"Nick was prompt when he came out to discuss the project, he was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the project we were contemplating and informed us the regular arborist would be scheduling the work the following week. The work was done very well by the crews that came out to both remove the tree and grind the stump and above ground roots. Absolutely no negatives there. I had email contact with Jen who was very pleasant and responsive, no problem there, and Elizabeth was friendly and courteous also. We would have rated a 5 for customer service except for a phone conversation with a person who we spoke to in order clarify scheduled day for tree removal but he obviously had a bad day or an attitude issue that left us with a negative impression. Other than that, the work was done very well by the crew."
