"Martin came out on a Saturday, and I walked him through the yard to show him what I wanted done. He gave me a fair quote that we both agreed on and said he'd be back the following Saturday to complete the work. He showed up right on time with four trucks, a wood chipper, a Vermeer, and an 8-man crew—ready to go. In just one day, they removed one dead tree and six large shrubs, cleared out all the dead growth from winter, edged everything perfectly, created a parking spot for my trailer, transformed a bare dirt area into a grass patch with topsoil, seed, and blanket, and trimmed every tree on the property. On top of that, they planted eight bushes and thirty flowering plants. I couldn't be happier—the yard looks incredible! Martin and his team were professional, efficient, and did a fantastic job. I’ll definitely be using them again and highly recommend their services."

"Juan was recommended to us by neighbors in an area Facebook group. He came out and gave a very reasonable quote. Our biggest issue was prickly weeds everywhere in our backyard, so much that our toddler couldn't safely play. In addition, we wanted overgrowth cleaned up and Juan suggested we add some mulching. We agreed. When trying to schedule, he tried changing the plan from a 1 time job to a 3 part job for 3x the cost. After a bit of back and forth, we went with the first estimate. When he finished it looked great. We watered every day, per hours instructions. A few days after, I checked under the mulch and found he didn't lay the garden fabric as was included in the contract. I contacted him and he brushed it off a bit and said it wasn't necessary. Eventually said he'd come back and redo the weed treatment as compensation for not doing the fabric, which we agreed to. He never came. No fewer than 3 times he said he'd come and didn't. Now he won't respond to any communication. "

They also ran their mower in my fence gate bending the frame, which I never even mentioned to him. This last time they cut the wire again (have on video) I texted Fabian he became very abusive and offensive telling me he does not care and I am annoying. Mind you , I have never asked for anything for damages now or in the past and have only spoken to him maybe 5 times in 2 years. He mentioned I only pay when I want to but he has been paid every penny I have ever owed him. very poor business owner and would not recommend unless you want a careless, arrogant person maintaining your lawn."
