Crown Tree Care

They showed up on time as promised. All the workers were clearly professional and skilled. One of them had to climb the tallest pine and top it to avoid damaging other trees when they cut it down. They brought the right equipment- a boom truck, tracked log carrier (to get the logs from the back of our lot to the truck without damage to the lawn), and a chipper/shredder. They worked fast and cleaned up everything ? no branches or debris left anywhere. The owner (Roger) had come out before the work day to determine what I wanted - he is quick to understand what needs done and as a trained arborist knows his trees and how to deal with them. He priced the job up front and that is what it cost when he was done. I have used him before this and will use him again should the need arise.

I called Rogelio on Sunday, expecting to get a call back on Monday. Instead, he called back about 10 minutes later and was out the next day to check out the tree and give me a written estimate. The estimate was a bit higher than some we got, but not the highest one, either. He said they could do the job on Wednesday if we wanted. We had contacted several other services, so I told him we'd let him know. By Tuesday evening, only one of the 7 services I contacted had called back (and their estimate was a couple hundred more), so I called Rogelio and scheduled the removal for the next day. He showed up at 9:00 am and immediately began working. They cut down the tree, hauled away the wood and branches, raked the yard to get up the leaves and blew off our driveway and sidewalks...it actually looks better in my yard than it did before they came!

They did an excellent job. They were on-time, prepared, safe and efficient. They also did a great job cleaning up after the work.
I plan on using them for additional tree care in the future.

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! We wanted a 50+ year old maple tree in our back yard taken down. It overhung the house and was located in a narrow portion of the yard. These guys did a great job at a competitive price. They used a cherry picker truck for as much of it as they could (and that had difficult access too). They put down plywood to protect the grass and there was very little damage from the truck tires. They roped down all the limbs and there was no damage to our home. All the wood got cut up into fireplace-sized lengths and was left for our use in our fireplace. I chose to keep the wood because he gave me a price break for not having to cart it all away. They neatly stacked all the wood next to the fence. All the small branches were chipped and removed from site. The blew all the debris off our roof and raked up all the debris from the grounds.

It went great and I would use them again and highly recommend them. They were on time, courteous, clean, pleasant, and very hard workers. The took good care of my property.
