He was the only arborist that gave us alternatives to treating invasive stump that can’t be ground out to prevent regrowth. Previous tree service did not treat stump properly and tree grew back. When I found an issue I needed him to come back and address I texted him on a Sunday and he called back immediately and was out with his crew in 2 days.
