Brown of Barrington was WAY to aggressive in he was trying to sell me on removing trees and shrubs in the back yard that had nothing to do with the tree in my front yard. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy .

Instead of removing the tree, these pros came up with a solution for treating the tree and saving it. Since it is the cornerstone of my landscaping I really appreciated this informed alternative.

My landscapers always trim the bushes and trees but this time they were pruned. What a difference and they have just begun to bud. They are so much more neater looking. I'm looking forward to them leafing out this year.

No problems with this team. Anthony is a straight shooter.

Professional recommendations On what needed to be done....thorough and clean job

All work was explained thourolly from start to finish. This company made more appropriate recommendations than the other tree trimmers we'd gotten quotes from too. Very professional and personable workers.

We thought Tony and the crew who did the actual work were very friendly and professional. They showed up on time, removed my 4 burning bushes quickly and carted away any debris. They even removed a large limb from a honey locust tree in my front yard that had broken off but got caught in a crotch of the tree on the way down; I never spotted this danger hanging over my sidewalk until Tony pointed it out to me. I would definitely hire this company again.

Nick was prompt when he came out to discuss the project, he was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the project we were contemplating and informed us the regular arborist would be scheduling the work the following week. The work was done very well by the crews that came out to both remove the tree and grind the stump and above ground roots. Absolutely no negatives there. I had email contact with Jen who was very pleasant and responsive, no problem there, and Elizabeth was friendly and courteous also. We would have rated a 5 for customer service except for a phone conversation with a person who we spoke to in order clarify scheduled day for tree removal but he obviously had a bad day or an attitude issue that left us with a negative impression. Other than that, the work was done very well by the crew.

They were responsive and prompt. They came out and did a nice job. Cleaned up well afterward. Not a great deal, but I don't feel I paid significantly more than I should have.

Very professional. Removed a dead tree that was over hanging a neighbors shed.Neighbors were very happy as well. Best part was everything was done and cleaned up in one day.

3 shrubs were to be removed with the base at ground level but were left 3-4 inches above ground. Workers were here 30 minutes.

We just hired them. I don't know how it will go but so far I have enjoyed dealing with them.
